Esurging started in 2006, with its main creative team from Tsinghua University. It is the first high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and application of magnetic bearing technology in China, and the only enterprise with four core technologies of magnetic bearing: magnetic bearing technology, maglev high-speed PM motor technology, high-frequency vector type inverter technology and high-efficiency fluid machinery technology. The maglev blower and other series of products have been tested and recognized by the quality supervision and testing center of mechanical industry blower products with CMA and CNAs qualifications. The scientific and technological achievements have been appraised by the Ministry of industry and information technology as "the products and technologies have reached the international advanced level, and the power and system efficiency of single blower are internationally leading". Esurging maglev blower is characterized by energy saving: over 30% - 50%, 100% without lubricant, noise level of about 70-80 dB, intelligent control, maintenance free, energy conservation and environmental protection. Maglev blowers YG75, YG100, YG150, YG200, YG300, YG400 and YG1700 are selected into the recommended catalogue of energy-saving mechanical and electrical equipment (products) and the product catalogue of "energy efficiency star" by the Ministry of industry and information technology, the catalogue of national key energy saving and low carbon technology promotion by the national development and Reform Commission, the application guide and case of national industrial energy saving technology by the Ministry of industry and information technology, and the practical technology of key environmental protection by the Ministry of environmental protection and demonstration projects.
