Energy Conservation Awareness Week

From Jun.29 to Jul.5, 2020, the 30th energy conservation awareness week is coming. The theme “clean water and green mountains, energy conservation and efficiency increase” happened to coincide with ESURGING concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.

The energy-saving and efficiency-increasing star product-maglev blower applied in the sewage aeration process was first shown with significant performance and compact structure.

Having been upgraded, ESURGING maglev vacuum pump has realized separation of stream and water, helping paper mills to be more energy-saving, cleaner, and to save more than 50% of energy; moreover, electrification and cloud intelligence reconstruction has been carried out which can remotely monitor the operating and production of the equipment to make the production and after-sale service be without worry.

Taking one maglev turbo vacuum pump of 300kW as an example, its energy conservation rate is up to 40%, and it can annually save power 1.68 million kW·h; calculated by 0.6 yuan/kW.h, it can save 1 million yuan per year, significantly reducing the cost of paper mills.
