Maglev Turbo Vacuum Pump Officially Released

Emaging (Esurging) has officially released “high-efficient intelligent maglev turbo vacuum pump”, announcing industrial vacuum pump has entered “new technology, new era”.

On Sep.7,2019, Emaging held the maglev turbo vacuum pump press conference in Fuyang, releasing a new member of “maglev +”--maglev turbo vacuum pump, and since then, the new era of  “high efficient””intelligent””maglev+”  vacuum pump has begun.

Paper industry is one of the key energy consumption industries in China light industry. Most of the vacuum equipment currently applied is vacuum pump with circulating water, characterized by high energy consumption, low efficiency and serious waste of energy. Focusing on the bottleneck of high energy consumption and high pollution, through more than two years of practicing and continuous technology upgrade, Emaging (Esurging) finally developed global-first maglev turbo vacuum pump, providing paper vacuum system with global-leading vacuum equipment. Compared with conventional vacuum pump with circulating water, Emaging (Esurging) maglev turbo vacuum pump can save more than 40% of energy and 100% of water.
